Diet time!

So now that Zoe is 9 months it is time for me to get my shit together and start to lose what is left of Xander and all of Zoe.

It’s always said that it took 9 months to put on so expect that and more to get it off. I’ve set my goal to lose as much weight as healthy as possible by November 1st. November is our 10 year anniversary and I want to look the best that I can.

I started about 2 and a half weeks ago, with just eating better and have lost 4lbs. Now I have to start exercising which I HATE. I’ve chosen to do Jillian Michaels – 30 Day Shred. This gives me the opportunity to start off slow and work up to the hard stuff since it is a 3 disk thing that goes from level 1-3, 3 being the hardest. If I’m not ready to move up to the next disk I don’t have to.

I plan on sharing my results here with my readers to show how things are going and I’m hoping to gain some support.

        I happy to share. It’s hard to think that this is what my body has turned into after having 2 kids. I don’t mind the stretch marks but the rest is just crazy LOL I think it is important to show other women that not everyone bounces right back like what is seen in the magazines.
