30 Day Shred Day 26


First off thanks to everyone that commented yesterday. It’s really great to see I have some avid readers. It really helped motivate me for tonight and to continue on to the next phase.

The fact is I have got to start working out earlier. I’ve been putting of my workouts until after the kids go to bed (I don’t even put them to bed Steve does). I can tell by the fact I am yawning throughout the workout and that isn’t good. So I’m going to try right before dinner or 30 minutes after to do my workouts.

I’ll have my 25 Day results up shortly.
