30 Day Shred Day 21


Ok people level 3 is no joke! It’s like she made it this way so there was no possible way you could even attempt to start on this level. I thought I was training this whole time to get from one level to the next but that isn’t at all what is done.

Level 3 is legs and I mean hard core. A lot more polymerics and doing almost every thing with your weights. I’ve been using 5lb weights and they are good, while they all use 2lb weights. Um, yeah doing jumping jacks with my weights is CRAZY TOWN! I got through it through and worked my butt off.

Did you see my 20 Day results? Freaking awesome! I’m so happy and in 5 days I lost a pound and a half.
