30 Day Shred Day 18

Omg I just realized I only have 2 days left of level 2! This one has flown by, not just the 10 days but I swear these workouts are shorter but it’s still 20 minutes.

I’ve been thinking what I might do after this is one day level 1 one day level 2 and one day level 3. I would really like to be able to do all levels completely through without stopping.

I’ve done a lot of research on my DR problem and have found a support group on Facebook. They post a lot of good info and I found a 30 ab challenge that does only moves to help with DR so I will do those in place of the workout I choose.

So I’ve got a good plan in place for after. Which once again is odd for me since I am a huge procrastinator 🙂
