No worries the smile is back 🙂 I did my workout early today while the kids napped. It went great, even though I didn’t have my cheering audience it seemed like I pushed it even harder not to let him down. Plus is showed me I can do it alone and not quit because someone wasn’t watching.
All in all level 2 is pretty good. I’m on the 3rd day and take way less breaks than I took 7 days into level 1, so I’m doing awesome.
Oh and a month and a day into the whole dieting and exercise I’ve lost 10 pounds! Yup, 10 POUNDS. I feel like a winner!
