Well Level Two is NO joke! A lot more cardio and some calisthenics. The fact this could do all of the walking pushups is pretty freaking awesome! Even though I took some breaks I felt like I could get through this day. This level involves a bit of coordination ad well. Some of the moves I had to watch several times and then do it wrong and then finally I was like oh ok.
I feel like I’ll probably loss a lot more weight with this level. I was in my max heart rate zone practically the whole workout.
I was so nervous today about starting a new level. I thought for sure I wouldn’t be able to do any of it but I was wrong 🙂 I rocked it. These next 10 days will fly by and I will be the better for it.
